a deterministic execution layer that interprets clinical observations, contextual factors, process signals, biomarkers, and historical response patterns to guide safe, adaptive interventions in real time. When clinical intelligence moves into the operating system,
the EPD naturally returns to its rightful role:
the administrative record, not the clinical brain.
